·      Chicken Pakoda with Chilli Mayo & Chaat Masala (GF, DF)

·      Lentil Bites with Tomato Chutney & Pickled Cucumber (GF, V)

·      Kingfish Sashimi with Curry Sauce & Wild Rice (GF, DF)

 

Main:

·      Pepper Goat with Lemongrass & Pandan (GF, DF)

·      Madurai Chicken with Grilled Fennel & Coriander Chutney (GF)

·      Pumpkin Rendang with Heirloom Carrot & Coconut (GF, DF, V)

Served with Turmeric Rice, Pappadam and Archar.

 

Dessert:

·       Mango Sorbet with White Chocolate Mousse and Macadamia Nut-crumb
